At Totallycool Ltd we want you to satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally you may want to return items for exchange etc, so below is our returns policy.

We accept the return of all other items only if  in their original state without being activated and still in it the original packaging. If you return goods, as detailed, within 28 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you have paid.

Faulty items:
You can always return items if they are faulty, please contact us first to discuss before returning as very often problems can be resolved over the phone.

Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are faulty. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return faulty items to us

To return an item:
To return a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the item in its original packaging with instructions. Then send the package to the address below, or you may wish to contact one of our distributors nearest to you:
